In 2017, she was in the spotlight after she won first place in the national competition show for figure athletes and received the Pro card. Aspen Rae was raised in San Jose, South San Francisco Bay. She is of Italian, Scottish, and Native American descent, though she is currently living in Denver. She was a student at California State University, Monterey campus.
